OSOU Term-End Examination (TEE) Form Fill-Up Guide
The Odisha State Open University has released an official notification regarding the online form submission for the upcoming Term-End Examinations (TEE). These examinations are tentatively scheduled to commence from the last week of August 2026. The online portal for submitting examination forms will open on July 22, 2026.
Eligible Programmes and Semesters
The online form fill-up process applies to specific Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) batches. Students falling under the following categories must submit their forms:
- Postgraduate (PG) students from the October-2024 admission batch appearing for TEE-Dec-2025 in their 3rd Semester.
- Postgraduate (PG) students from the February-2025 admission batch appearing for TEE-June-2026 in their 3rd Semester.
- Postgraduate (PG) students from the July-2025 admission batch appearing for TEE-June-2026 in their 2nd Semester.
- Undergraduate (UG) students from the July-2025 admission batch appearing for TEE-June-2026 in their 2nd Semester.
- Postgraduate (PG) students from the February-2026 admission batch appearing for TEE-June-2026 in their 1st Semester.
- Undergraduate (UG) students from the February-2026 admission batch appearing for TEE-June-2026 in their 1st Semester.
Form Submission Timeline and Fee Structure
The university has established a phased timeline for form submissions, which includes escalating late fines for missed deadlines. Students are strongly advised to complete the process early to avoid technical inconveniences and extra charges.

Important Rules Regarding Late Fines
The late fines mentioned above are applied as one-time charges. This fine is added in addition to the standard examination fees required per course code.

Copies of this notification have been forwarded to various administrative offices for necessary action, including the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Controller of Finance (CoF), Directors of Schools, and Heads of Departments.
